  • Your membership account should be active and corresponding account information should be updated most especially the registered mobile phone number.
  • For inactive members, you may approach to our VIP Services Coordinator to update your membership account.
  • Our VIP Services Coordinator will reach you to give your Membership ID to be used at Thunderbird Online Casino.
  • To activate your account using your Membership ID number, please use your registered mobile phone number where the One-Time Pass (OTP) code will be sent to activate your account. Please note that the OTP will be sent to your registered mobile phone number every time you log-in at Thunderbird Online Casino.

 

New Membership Application:

  • If you are not yet a member, you may sign-up onsite or online.
  • For online membership application, please fill up the form at the following Membership Link or you may download the Membership Form and email to onlinecasino@thunderbird-asia.com 
  • Our VIP Services Coordinator will reach you to complete the membership process. You will be asked to present your valid identification card and on-call screen capture of your photo.
  • For successful membership sign-ups, our VIP Services Coordinator will get back to you to give your Membership ID to be used at Thunderbird Online Casino.
  • Your Membership Card will be sent to your registered mailing address.

FUND MANAGEMENT

To play, you must load your e-wallet with online playing credits by cashing-in through the following methods:

  2. You may cash-in via bank deposit through bank transfer to Thunder Online Casino’s designated bank account. Thunderbird Resorts & Casino’s Cage will update your E-Wallet balance once payment is verified.

The same procedures also apply when member wants to cash-out from E-Wallet.

You may register up to 5 bank accounts as long as you are the owner of the bank account.

    1. To cash-in to your E-Wallet, please send the proof of deposit or successful bank transfer showing the following information:
      1. Reference No. or Transaction No.
      2. Amount of Transaction
      3. Source Bank Account (Should match the registered bank account)
      4. Destination Bank Account (Thunderbird’s Bank Account)
